It is
always helpful to meet
our customers on site to
discuss their
project. It ensures that
we have a good
understanding of their
requirements in terms of
design, size, and
budget.
With this information,
and surveying the site, we
would be able to advise
whether planning
permission would be
required.

Planning
We are
able, If required, to prepare all necessary
documents to process
your planning
application. This includes
site plans, elevation
and plan drawings of
your structure.

Bespoke or Modular
Many of our buildings are
designed using multiples of
our modular system. In
certain circumstances these
are not suitable; then we
are able to design a bespoke
building to meet your
specific needs.

Project Management
Kent Oak Frames can manage
the entire project, using
trusted skilled tradesmen.
If you would like to use
your own tradesmen, we would
be happy to advise on the
skills and experience
required.

Restoration
We concentrate on new
projects, but will also
undertake restoration work
to existing oak framed
buildings. This work is done
as sympathetically as
possible to preserve the
original structure. We are
happy to consult with listed
building officers when
required. |
